This will also include a short list of what I need from you in order to create authentic compelling posts. These are not pre-fab posts that could come from any REALTOR® . These will be custom, on-brand, uniquely you posts.

Video Content Done-With-You Package $1500/month
Video is the easiest and fastest way to build trust and your personal brand online. But most REALTORS® are ignoring it or doing it wrong.
Online video should NOT be merely a video ad for your latest listing. It’s about branding you as the go-to REALTOR® in your area and ensuring you show up in more Google searches by people looking to buy or sell a home.
With my Video Content Done-With-You Package you’ll get the right strategy for using video to grow your real estate business.

Monthly Strategy Meeting to discuss your goals, content ideas, and plan videos for the month ahead
Custom Content Strategy with a made-for-you content calendar, optimized to build your audience and establish authority in your niche.
Outline of each video script so you can quickly and easily record your videos for the month.
Editing for two YouTube videos per month, including adding branded intros, end screens, background music, titles, and any other graphic or photo elements
Publishing your fully optimized videos, including designing thumbnails, researching SEO optimized titles, descriptions, and tags, and adding any of your affiliate links
Repurposing each video for Instagram and Facebook Reels.
Facebook/Instagram Ads
Starting at $1,000/month (not including Ad Spend)
Increasingly Facebook/Instagram is pay-to-play. If you want to generate real leads for your Real Estate business, paid advertising is the way to go.
